Return Policy

Redshoelover.com will replace a product or issue a credit at no cost to customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.

If products meet one of the conditions below, customer will have 5 days from the day of delivery to file a return. 

Wrong Product

If customer received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 5 business days and we shall arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we shall ship you the correct product or issue you a full credit (including shipping fees). 

Defective Product

If customer received a defective product, please notify us with 5 business days and we shall arrange for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product, we shall issue a credit to the customer. Please note that just because one or two items in a whole case are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective. Therefore, we shall only issue credit on defective items only and not the entire case.

  • A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO ANY RETURN THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE 2 CONDITIONS. CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNING DELIVERY FEE.

  • AFTER 14 DAYS NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE NEW & UNUSED WITH ORIGINAL BOX. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD RETURN.

  • AFTER RETURNS ARE PROCESSED WE SHALL ISSUE CREDIT TO CUSTOMERS TOWARD FUTURE ORDERS ONLY. NO CASH REFUND.

Customer can send us an e-mail to gavincorp@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Customer name

  • Customer Phone number

  • Customer billing and e-mail address

  • Name of the product and reasons for returning the item


*In the return package please include a note explaining the product being returned is wrong product or defective item. If a defective item please indicate the area of the problem.*
